On 19 September 2023, our Mr KM Liew had the honour of speaking on invite as a keynote speaker at a workshop hosted by PwC Forensics Shanghai titled “Focusing on Commercial Dispute Resolution – Reshaping the Value of Expert Witness”, with a full house of PRC legal practitioners including in-house counsels in attendance.

At the workshop, Mr Liew gave both technical induction to and practical insight into the topic from a Hong Kong centric common law perspective with a focus on litigation and arbitration while touching upon the use of experts in corporate anti-misfeasance investigation, and exchanged views with forensic and PRC dispute resolution experts in a roundtable discussion before the audience to further share his Hong Kong experience with the audience.
