At the invitation of our official ally – Beijing Zhong Yin Law Firm, our Mr KM Liew attended the firm’s “Hong Kong Litigation Forum”, whereby he spoke on the topics of “An overview of arbitration & litigation in HK and issues as to enforcement of PRC arbitral award & judgment in HK” and “The ways for HK listed companies with operations in Mainland China (i) to deal with allegations of corporate misfeasance made by whistleblowers and (ii) to conduct an appropriate scope of investigation”.
Mr Li Ju, executive partner of Zhong Yin Law Firm, alongside more than 50 lawyers of the firm participated in the event.
