On 10 February 2021, a milestone was marked by a blissful moment of celebration as LT Lawyers (specialised in contentious works) and CFN Lawyers (specialised in non-contentious projects) co-founded the Amalgam Group Practice.

The Amalgam Group Practice is a pioneering membership organisation in Hong Kong consisting of different firms of solicitors that amalgamate by conducting businesses together under a common name in mutual co-operation (including the sharing of legal minds and mutually supportive skillsets over amenity and manpower), while legally remaining as separate practices and retaining streamlined operations.  This arrangement fosters the economy of scale and a refined cost-performance ratio.  Ultimately, the beneficiary of this arrangement is the clients, who will enjoy all the benefits of an integrated practice with a broad spectrum of expertise in a one-stop shop without having to pay a premium for the services to be rendered.
